Nathan Albert
University Chaplain, University of Lynchburg
Rev. Nathan Albert is the University Chaplain at the University of Lynchburg. He is passionate about interreligious work and multiple religious participation that helps people be “religious interreligiously,” as well as encouraging people to discover (or rediscover) the Divine through contemplative spirituality.
His work at the university centers around providing fourteen different spiritual life groups, multiple religious programs and services, spiritual and pastoral care, and financial assistance for members of the campus community.
He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre Performance, a Master of Divinity, a Certificate in Spiritual Transformation, and is currently working on a Doctor of Ministry in Interreligious Chaplaincy.
Nathan is also an avid meditator, lover of cities, maintains a plant-based diet, is a 3w4 and ESFJ, and is a champion for the Oxford comma.”
