Join the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab and Dr. Martin Shaw for a conversation on workforce forecasting and where healthcare chaplaincy fits into this process.

Dr. Shaw will draw on his article “Chaplains in transition: a net workforce analysis in a southeastern healthcare organization,” co-authored with Kelsey White and Amanda Stover in Journal of Health Care Chaplaincy (available here). We’ll discuss trends in chaplaincy employment, using data from a hospital in the American Southeast to explore this analytic approach to staffing strategies and service delivery models.
