Jasmine Terry Okafor

Development Advisor

Jasmine Terry Okafor, M.Div, CFRE is a Georgia native and is also the Development Specialist for ACPE: The Standard for Spiritual Care & Education.  Prior to ACPE, Jasmine worked on the grant-making side of philanthropy as a Fellow/Program Officer with the Jessie Ball duPont Fund in Jacksonville, Florida. Jasmine received her Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and is a 2009 alumna of Agnes Scott College, where she graduated with honors.  Jasmine holds nonprofit executive leadership certificates from Georgetown University and the United Way of Atlanta; is a graduate of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits High Potential Diverse Leaders Program; and is also a graduate of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Diversity Fellows Mentoring Program. Jasmine sits on the boards of L ’Arche Atlanta and the Association of Fundraising Professionals – Greater Atlanta Chapter, served as the founding Advisory Council Chair for Embrace Change, and is active in her faith community and neighborhood association.
