Kelsey White, PhD, BCC is a board certified chaplain, health services researcher, Transforming Chaplaincy Research Fellow, and chaplain researcher. She graduated with her PhD in Public Health Sciences, specialization in Health Management and Systems Sciences, from the University of Louisville in December 2021. Her dissertation, entitled Hospital-based Professional Spiritual Care: Evaluating the Utilization, Availability, and Impact of Chaplains, combines her love of health services research and chaplaincy research. She co-edited Evidence-based Chaplaincy: A Research Reader and will begin as an assistant professor in the Department of Patient Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University in March.
