Join the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab and Michele Star (Gourley), musician, medical doctor, and chaplain resident for a recording of music to uplift and heal the soul. Michele will perform original compositions and discuss how music informs her approach to spiritual care.
Michele is a nationally-ranked mountain dulcimer player, classically-trained percussionist and holds degrees in medicine, public health and theology. Michele currently serves as a chaplain resident at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Before pursuing a chaplain residency, she was a Fellow of Theology, Medicine and Culture at Duke University . . .
