Healing & Resilience Pilot Retreats
With support from the Henry Luce Foundation, the Chaplaincy Innovation Lab is pleased to pilot two Healing and Resilience Retreats for chaplains employed at least half-time in spiritual care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this pilot project, retreats will be held in two locations:
East
Guest House Retreat Center in Chester, Connecticut from June 24 to June 26, 2022
This retreat has space for 18 participants. Lodging includes private room and private bath.
West
Commonweal Retreat Center in Bolinas, California from June 3 to June 5, 2022.
This retreat has space for 10 participants. Lodging is in Commonweal’s Pacific House and includes private rooms and 5 shared bathrooms.
Please note that this is a pilot project and we cannot guarantee a spot to all who express interest. Part of the purpose of this project is to gauge interest in such offerings; those who express interest but are not selected will be given priority in future potential retreats. While all costs specific to the retreats themselves will be covered, attendees will be responsible for travel to and from their retreat center. A modest supplement of $250 will be provided to offset the costs of travel.
If you would like to attend a Healing & Resilience Retreat, please fill out this form by April 29. You will be notified by May 8. Those selected must respond within 5 calendar days.
