Jennifer Leigh Baker is an ordained Animal Chaplain and founder of Paws for Compassion LLC in Prescott, Arizona. After years of working in advertising, translation, and education as a school director, as well as running her own small business, she felt called to shift from career to calling. Leaving behind the corporate world, she became trained through the interfaith, interspecies Compassion Consortium Animal Chaplain Training to offer spiritual and emotional support to people and their animal companions—through times of celebration, illness, transition, and loss. Her work now centers on honoring the sacred bond we share with animals, creating space for healing, remembrance, and love.
