Individual Coaching in Public Speaking for Chaplains

As chaplains progress in their careers, they often experience an increase in public speaking invitations within their institutions (delivering presentations, giving workshops, officiating services, speaking at organization-wide gatherings).  While quite impactful, the highly-visible nature of these invitations can be nerve-wracking and stressful for many chaplains. 

These individual coaching sessions allow individual chaplains to dive into their individual context to transform public speaking into something deeply meaningful, enjoyable, and spiritually impactful. During our first session together, we’ll quickly identify the chaplains’ most urgent needs, skills, and existing strengths to create a personalized curriculum for public speaking transformation.
