Inner Sanctuary Institute Level 1 IFS Based Clergy Training

Inner Sanctuary Institute Level 1 is an intensive 120-hour hybrid (2 weeks online, 1 in Person) training for clergy, chaplains, spiritual directors, and other spiritual care providers who want to integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) into their ministry and caregiving practice.

Grounded in the IFS model while developed specifically for spiritual care, the training helps participants recognize and work with parts, cultivate Self-led presence, accompany others in relational parts work, and understand how personal, cultural, ancestral, and spiritual burdens enter the caregiving relationship. Participants learn through teaching, experiential practice, demonstrations, small groups, and supported practice with one another, developing skills they can bring directly into pastoral care, spiritual direction, chaplaincy, and leadership.
