Allay is a new nonprofit based in Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota that helps people think through, talk about, and document their wishes for both end of life care and care after death. We grew out of the work of one hospital chaplain seeing first hand the suffering that individuals and their loved ones experience when these kind of conversations hadn’t happened, or weren’t documented. We are hiring chaplains and social workers with a very unique set of compassionate skills.
