Date: July 10, 2020
Time: 12:00 am - 12:00 am
Location: Training

During this time of extraordinary disruption and anxiety, NYDIS and NDIN, with support from Chaplaincy Innovation Lab, is hosting a two-hour training that offers an overview of crisis spiritual care best practices – including, general crisis spiritual care principles and interventions, disaster mental health & caregiver self-care. The training will explore the unique challenges to providing spiritual care facing clergy and lay caregivers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Photo Release: When you attend a NYDIS event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Events are typically open to the press, unless clients are in attendance. By entering, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, social media or other promotional outlets.

Please note that due to the interactive and intensive nature of this free workshop, enrollment is extremely limited; however, if there is sufficient interest, further sessions may be scheduled.
