Chaplain Ken has been in health care ministry for about 30 years in three different hospitals and Hospice Care. He had served as a Workplace chaplain for about 3 years as well. He is a Board Certified Chaplain through the Association of Professional Chaplains and the Board for Chaplaincy Certification Inc. He is currently serving in the specialty field of Palliative Medicine and Supportive Care. This has been a longtime passion for the provision of support for those faced with a long term and potentially life threatening illness, and are overwhelmed with the medical milieu. Outside of the hospital setting Chaplain Ken enjoys reading, Model Railroading (with the dream of developing a layout at some point), hiking, camping (when it is not too hot), and most importantly his family.
