Effective Zoom Techniques for Chaplains

Join Frank Ferris, MD, Executive Director of Palliative Medicine, Research and Education for the OhioHealth system, who will discuss how chaplains can best use telechaplaincy tools and how they integrate with the interdisciplinary team. Dr. Ferris brings extensive experience with telehealth, begun prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and honed over the past year’s requirements.

Video conference calls are critical to communicating with our peers and the people we serve. Dr. Ferris will also cover some of the basic technical aspects of Zoom as a platform that chaplains will find beneficial in their work.
