The Chaplaincy Innovation Lab is collaborating with the Carpenter Foundation to strengthen and diversify what we call the “pipeline” of spiritual care providers. To this aim, early career chaplains and students exploring chaplaincy are encouraged to sign up for the Mentorship Lunch & Learn sessions below.
In 2022, these sessions will specifically focus on chaplaincy in healthcare. Two leading chaplains will host an hour long session to answer questions and engage in candid discussion about their day to day work, strategies to ease the pathway to their career level, both challenging and fulfilling aspects of their workplaces, and how early career chaplains might strategize to thrive and advance.
Participants are encouraged to come with questions and grow their professional network.
BIPOC early career chaplains and students are encouraged to attend a special session hosted by Ylisse Bess and Lex Cade-White, as detailed below.
