Inner Sanctuary Institute IFS Based CPE

The Inner Sanctuary Institute is offering an extended online Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) unit integrating the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model with CPSP clinical pastoral formation.

Designed for chaplains, clergy, spiritual care providers, and others engaged in meaningful caregiving contexts, the unit brings traditional CPE practices of clinical reflection, verbatims, peer learning, and supervision into conversation with IFS-informed understandings of parts, Self-leadership, relational presence, and the ways our own histories enter the caregiving relationship. The extended online format allows participants to complete their clinical hours within their existing ministry or caregiving context while developing greater capacity to notice what is happening within themselves as they accompany others. Participants who successfully complete the unit receive one unit of CPSP Clinical Pastoral Education.
