Calvin Bradley Jr. serves as an Assistant Professor in Patient Counseling as well as Pediatric Chaplain for the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU Health in Virginia. He completed his CPE at ECU Health in Greenville, NC in 2017 and earned his Master of Divinity with a concentration in Chaplaincy and Counseling from Campbell University Divinity School. He is a Board-Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), a Healthcare Ethics Certified Consultant with the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities (ASBH), and a Certified Family Life Educator with the National Council on Family Relations. Some of his research interests include pediatric health disparities and DEI initiatives, adolescent spiritual care assessment and interventions, non-verbal communication and conflict in pediatric care settings.
Seher Siddiqee was born and raised in the Bay Area in California and is a Staff Chaplain at UCSF Children’s Hospital in Oakland, CA. Previously, Seher worked at the University of Chicago as the Assistant Director of Spiritual Life and Advisor for Muslim Affairs and at Georgetown University as a Chaplain in Residence and a Chaplain at the hospital. She graduated from Hartford Seminary’s Islamic Chaplaincy Program in 2017. She is passionate about building communities and interfaith bridges within her professional and personal life, and describes her life mission and goals as “cultivating healthy communities founded on compassion and care for one another.”
