Angela Lutzenberger, MDiv, BCC
Hospice Chaplain, Hospice of Southern Maine
I have been a chaplain for 15 years and a practicing Buddhist since High School. My work has been primarily in hospice following a CPE residency and fellowship at the Seattle VA. Spiritual care is a subtle, ongoing dialogue with many seens and unseens and I am awed and humbled daily by the brilliance of beings. As a passion project I have been working to legalize open air cremation in Maine. For several years, born of ongoing inquiry into what helps people heal, I have trained in psychedelic therapies through MAPS, KTC and Naropa University.
