Faith has worked as a chaplain in hospitals, long-term care and hospice and now works as a chaplain educator for Hospice of the Chesapeake in Maryland. In 2020, Faith published her doctoral dissertation, “Renewing the Spirit of Hospice: A Spiritual Response to Compassion Fatigue in Hospice Workers.” Faith is endorsed for chaplaincy by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.
