Rev. Crystal Miller-Davis serves as the Deputy Endorser of Chaplains for the Church of God in Christ, Inc. (COGIC) She assists the Endorser in policy, mentoring and advocacy for the military and institutional chaplains. Crystal is a 4^th generation COGIC minister, serving at the local, state, national, and international levels.  In 2019, She was appointed Assistant Supervisor of Women for COGIC’s 2^nd  Jurisdiction in the Democratic Republic of Congo. A career Air Force Chaplain, Lieutenant Colonel Miller-Davis is stationed at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Her assignments include The United States Air Force Academy,  The Pentagon, Walter Reed Medical Hospital and overseas tours.   She earned dual bachelor’s in business and theology and dual master’s in education and Divinity  from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, OK. She is a candidate for the Doctor of Ministry in Military Chaplaincy from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC. and Graduate Certificate of Strategic Studies, Air War College, AL. Her research project is on re-imagining Military Chaplaincy as an integrated component of holistic care and resilience.
