Restorative care webinar for chaplains

Part of the program Building and Supporting Resilience among Frontline Providers, funded by the Henry Luce Foundation, this webinar discusses a groundbreaking project at Keene State College.

The project addresses two important needs in the Keene State College community: directed spiritual care related to the COVID-19 pandemic for faculty and staff, and opportunities for restorative circle practices as a mechanism for campus-wide discussions of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The project’s leadership sees these two elements as connected and synergetic, working together for the holistic growth and care of our campus community. The grant was used to create support groups, pop-up events, and spiritual care workshops for faculty and staff, and also assisted in training a cohort of restorative circle practitioners.

This webinar will be of particular interest to higher education chaplains, but also all chaplains concerned for staff in their institutions.
