Effective Zoom Techniques for Chaplains

Dr. Ferris brings extensive experience with telehealth, begun prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and honed over the past year's requirements.

Video conference calls are critical to communicating with our peers and the people we serve. Dr. Ferris also covered some of the basic technical aspects of Zoom as a platform that chaplains will find beneficial in their work.
